Skip-A-Pay is a program that allows you to skip one or more of your eligible loan payments.
AFFCU wants to alleviate your financial stress this holiday season! This is why we offer the Holiday Skip-a-Pay program, which allows members to skip-a-payment for one month. As a valued AFFCU member, you have the opportunity to skip your October, November or December payment on your AFFCU loan.
The application process is very simple. Just complete the Skip-A-Pay form and then return the completed form to us! The quickest and easiest way is to apply online by logging into your account via CyberMAT Home Banking.
If you prefer, you can submit your Summer Skip-A-Pay application via phone – at 800.227.5328 – or in person at one of our branches.

Skip-A-Pay Terms and Conditions
All requests are subject to approval.
Your loan(s) must be in good standing: Not delinquent, we must have up to date insurance information with Air Force FCU (AFFCU) listed as loss payee, not awaiting documents to complete title work, etc. If the previous month’s payments are made.
Eligible loans are those loans that have made a minimum of four (4) full monthly payments with a satisfactory payment history. The following loans are NOT eligible for Skip-A-Pay: VISA, Redi-Credit, Mortgage, Home Equity, Home Improvement, Real Estate, Purchase Money Second, Single Payment, Lease Loans, PAL (Payday Advantage Loans), IFS Insured Auto, Bridge, Courtesy Pay, Share and Share Certificate Secured Loans.
This loan is valid for one monthly payment due in November or December or January only.
In the month you choose to skip, the Skip-A-Pay is equal to:
• One payment for monthly payment frequency
• Two payments for semi-monthly and biweekly payment frequency
• Four payments for weekly payment frequency
Therefore, you may still have a payment due in the month depending how your payments fall.Requests should be received at least 10 days prior to your due date in the month that you wish to skip.
If the requests is not received 10 days prior to the due date, skip payment may not be approved without requiring additional paperwork. We must receive all requests in time for us to reasonably act upon the request. We are not responsible for payment(s) processed where we did not have time to reasonably act upon the request.
Important: If you have GAP coverage on your vehicle loan, please review your GAP contract closely as it may not cover skipped payments.
There is a $25.00 processing fee per request. The $25.00 will be charged to the loan you request to skip, whether it is approved or denied.
