Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

-Soarion Federal Credit Union has no affiliates.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

-Soarion Federal Credit Union does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

-Our joint marketing partners include investments, insurance and other financial services companies.

Information We Collect

When you visit or use our digital services, we may collect personal identifiable information (PII) from or about you such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number(s), account numbers, limited location information (for example, a zip code to help you find a nearby ATM), username and password.
