How to make a Credit Card Balance Transfer Request in Digital Banking (web browser)

  1. Login to Digital banking and navigate to Accounts > Card Management

  2. Hover your mouse over the Credit Card you would like to make the balance transfer to and click Manage Card

  3. Scroll down to Balance Transfer and click it to open up the Balance Transfer Form

  4. Complete the form, check the I Agree box for the Disclosure, and click Submit

How to make a Credit Card Balance Transfer Request in Mobile App

  1. Login to the AFFCU Mobile App and select More > Accounts > Card Management

  2. Select the Credit Card and scroll down to Balance Transfer. Click it to open up the Balance Transfer Form
