    A Message To Our Members

We want to begin by saying – THANK YOU! Thank you to our members for your strength, patience, and understanding you’ve extended to us as we have been taking on several substantial steps to protect our employees, members and community during this difficult time.

AFFCU has continued to move quickly to make sure all of our members have access to the financial services and relief that we know will give them peace of mind.  The health, safety and well-being of our members and employees remains our top priority. This includes your financial well-being.

Easy and contactless access for all of your AFFCU banking needs has been our commitment. We are now ready to welcome our members back into the majority of our of our branch lobbies and drive-thru lanes on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. For our safety and yours, face masks will be required at all AFFCU branches.

The Valley Hi branch lobby remains closed due to winter storm damage and will open as soon as possible.

    Everyday Banking

Members have full access to their funds at all branch drive-thru lanes, ATMs, and ITMs. Drive-thru lanes are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CT.

Here are several ways you can access your accounts and complete all your financial transactions:

    Economic Impact Payments (EIP)

    • Direct deposit payments for government EIP or stimulus checks are expected to start going out soon. If you’re eligible, the IRS will either send you a deposit via direct deposit or a paper check. Please check CyberMAT online banking or the Go AFFCU Mobile App to view any pending payments. Visit https://www.irs.gov/GetMyPayment for additional details or clarifications.
    • The IRS has started issuing EIP funds on a pre-paid debit card (EIP Card). This card requires a PIN and members can request a cash advance at an AFFCU branch. Identification is required when completing a cash advance request. Visit www.eipcard.com for additional details or clarifications about the EIP cards.

*Cash advances are limited to the funds available on the card and a $5 fee is assessed after the first bank/credit union cash withdrawal (advance). It is the responsibility of the member to understand the restrictions on their card.

    Member Contact Center

    • Our Member Contact Center representatives are ready to assist you, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CT. Call us toll-free at 800.227.5328.

We know this is a difficult time, and we want our members to know that we are here for you always. We live, work and play in the same local communities as you.
